Free shipping from €25 in the Netherlands
We ship orders from €25 free within the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands, shipping is free from €35. Below these amounts, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times
- Netherlands — 1–2 working days
- Belgium, Germany, France — 2–4 working days
- Rest of the EU — 3–6 working days
- Outside the EU — 7–14 working days
Track & trace
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Orders placed before 23:00 on working days are shipped the same day and arrive the next working day.
Returns
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your order, without giving a reason. Not satisfied? Contact us at contact@smileeyy.nl and we'll sort it out.
For hygiene reasons, opened oral care products can only be returned if defective. Unopened products can be returned in their original packaging.
