Returns and refunds

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must not have been fully used. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

To start a return, first contact us at info@smileeyy.nl with your order number. We'll let you know how and where to send the product back.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
